• Orchid Bloom Level: The blooming stage of the orchids will be adjusted based on stock availability.
• Orchid Color & Patterns: Flower colors and patterns may vary based on customer requests and stock availability.
• Handmade Nature: All items are handmade; therefore, each piece is unique and may look slightly different from one another.
• Decorative Ornaments: Some decorative ornaments may be adjusted & substituted based on availability, but the overall design will remain on theme.
• Design Proportion: The arrangement of ornaments will be adjusted to the natural shape of the orchids and leaves to maintain design proportions.
• Product Color: Minor color differences between the original product and photos may occur due to lighting conditions and device display settings.

Order & Payment

• Confirmation: Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
• Policy: All payments are non-refundable. Changes are only permitted before production begins.
• Lead Time: Minimum H-2 notice required. Early orders are encouraged for bulk discounts on selected items.

Shipping Policy

• Free Delivery is available for Semarang, Surabaya, Yogyakarta, and Jakarta (South & Central areas).
• For deliveries to West, East, and North Jakarta & West Java, a delivery discount of IDR 50,000 applies
• Delivery Safety: We deliver using our internal courier (Bloomie) to ensure arrangement safety.
• Self Pick-up: Self Pick-up is available at Von Florist Gallery and/or Outlets.
